Coverage also includes 7 years or 100,000 miles of roadside assistance, and a CARFAX vehicle history report is a required part of every Toyota Certified Used Vehicle. Silver Certified covers older, higher-mileage vehicles up to ten model years old and carries a 136-point inspection with a 12-month or 12,000-mile limited powertrain warranty and 12 months of roadside assistance. Certified Toyota hybrids receive a 174-point inspection, which adds 14 hybrid-specific checks on top of the standard 160 points, and they carry the factory hybrid vehicle battery warranty of 8 years or 100,000 miles.
